Kutubdia (Bengali: কুতুবদিয়া) is an Upazila of Cox's Bazar District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Kutubdia Upazila (Cox Bazar district) with an area of 215.8 km ², bordering the Bay of Bengal, in the north, west and south, Kutubdia banshkhali channel, and Mahesh khali Chakaria upazilas in the east.
Kutubdia (city) consists Mouza. The area of the town was 9.82 km ². It has a population of 20,249, 53.04% male, 46.96% female. The population density of 2,062 people per square kilometer. The literacy rate among the town people is 29.8%.
