Pabna District (পাবনা জেলা) is a district in northwest Bangladesh. It is the southernmost district of Rajshahi Division. The administrative capital is the city itself Pabna.
Pabna is the border southeast of Rajshahi division. Sirajganj district to the north-east, while the river Padma, the main flow of the holy river Ganges in the south separates it from Rajbari District and Kushtia District. The Jamuna River runs along the eastern border between Manikgonj District, and in the northwest of the country has a common border with the District vaporizer. The average maximum temperature of 33.9 ° C, minimum 9.6 ° C, annual rainfall of 1872 mm. Typically, the floor of the district is divided into four, namely, the alluvial plains of the Ganges, Karatoya, Jamuna and Barind tract. The main rivers are the Ganges, Ichamati, Gumani, Baral and Hurasagar.
