Lalmonirhat (লালমনিরহাট) is a neighborhood located on the northern border of Bangladesh .. It is a part of the Division of Rangpur. There are five Thana / Upazila Sadar-Lalmanirhat, Aditmari, Kaliganj, Hatibandha and Patgram.
Lalmonirhat District with an area of 1241.46 km2, bounded by Koch Bihar and Jalpaiguri districts of West Bengal in the north, Rangpur, South District, Kurigram District and Koch Bihar district of West Bengal in the east, Nilphamari and Rangpur districts in the west. The district is the form of stripes. 7 major rivers, the best known of which Tista, Dharla and Saniajan. Saniajan The river originates in the Himalayas, has strong currents. Sarnamati, Trimohoni, Sati Ratnai and rivers are almost silted up.
Population 1088918, men 50.57%, 49.43% women, 83.2% Muslim, Hindu 16.5%, 0.01% Buddhist, Christian 0.13%, 0.16% of the population ethnicity.
