Jaldhaka (Bengali: জলঢাকা) is an Upazila of Nilphamari District in the Division of Rangpur, Bangladesh.
Jaldhaka Upazila (Nilphamari district) with an area of 303.52 square kilometers, is bounded by dimla upazila on the north, Kishoreganj (Nilphamari) upazila on the south and hatibandha kaliganj (Lalmonirhat) upazilas on the east, Nilphamari Sadar upazilas and taming the west.
The main rivers Tista and ghaghat Jamuneshwari. Jaldhaka (city) consists of four mouzas. It has an area of 11.66 square kilometers. The city has a population of 14,976, 52.56% males, 47.44% women. The population density of 1,284 per square kilometer. Literacy rate among the population of the city is 27%. The city has two dakbungalows and the first phase.
