Wazirpur (Bengali: উজিরপুর) is an Upazila of Barisal District in the Division of Barisal, Bangladesh. Historical events during the Liberation War in 1971 the Pak army burned more than 300 homes and many people slain by gunfire in the village Dhamura. A direct meeting between the freedom fighters and the army in the village of Pak Bagrarpar where many soldiers died Pak.
