Gomastapur (গোমস্তাপুর) is one of the Upazila Nawabganj district of Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh.It has 34,126 units of house hold and total area 318.13 km ². From 1991 census Gomastapur Bangladesh has a population of 191,972. Males constitute are 50.66% of the population, and females 49.34%. Eighteen of the population of the upazila is 96,032. Gomastapur has an average of 32.9% and 63.4% national average is 8 literate.Gomastapur unions and community halls, 166 Mauzas or Mahalla and Village 235.
