Bhangura (ভাঙ্গুড়া) is an Upazila of Pabna district of Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh.Bhangura thana was established in 1980 and became an upazila in 1981. Once Bhangura upazila was an area famous for growing jute. For this reason, a jute trading firm by the company on behalf of "Chittagong Jute" established trading house on the banks of the river by the bridge Baral. However, there is a house of extinct company.As 2001 in Bangladesh Bhangura EXIST census has a population of 99,474, of which 50.486 men and 48.988 women. Average population density is 731 inhabitants per square kilometer. Bangura has an average rate of 38.3%.
