Bamna (Bengali: বামনা) is an Upazila of Barguna District in the Division of Barisal, Bangladesh. Bamna Upazila (Barguna district) with an area of 101.05 km ² and borders Barguna Sadar upazilas Patharghata in the south, and betagi upazila bishkhali river east upazila, Mathbaria in western and northern kathalia upazila. bishkhali is the main river.
Bamna Thana Administration was established in 1968 and became an upazila in 1983. The upazila consists of 4 union parishads, mouzas 39 and 49 villages. The archaeological remains and relics of the exterior walls of the estate of a local zamindar early 18th century.
