Badarganj (Bengali: বদরগঞ্জ) is an Upazila of Rangpur District in the Division of Rangpur, Bangladesh. Badarganj located at 89.0417 ° N 24.6667 ° E It has 44029 units of house hold and total area 301.29 km ². Surrounded by Taraganj Upazila, Rangpur and Saidpur Upazila Sadar Upazila in the north, in the south Nawabganj Upazila, Rangpur Sadar Upazila and Upazilas Mithapukur in this Upazila, Parbatipur in the west. The legend goes that Badarganj named after the holy mystic Hazrat Shah.His Badaruddin tomb is in the center of the city.
