Muladi (Bengali: মুলাদি) is an Upazila of Barisal District in the Division of Barisal, Bangladesh. Muladí Thana Administration was established in 1967 and became an upazila in 1983. It consists of 7 union parishads, 108 villages and 98 mouzas.
171,948 inhabitants, 50.49% male, 49.51% female, 97.79% Muslim, Hindu 2.16% and others 0.05%.
Average literacy literacy and secondary education institutions 31.4%, men 36.5% and women 26.2%. University educational institutions: 5, 30 middle school, high school 5, 77 primary schools, nongovernmental primary school 50, 17 madrasas, kindergarten 1.
